Under the direction of Takeshiuchi-no-sukune Japanese troops lever an enormous rock over a precipice above a Korean city.
- In Asian art, and in particular in Japanese landscape prints clouds are mostly depicted in the form of horizontals bands or 'tubes'; Kuniyoshi, however, - often applying western-style elements to his prints -, designed the layer of clouds in a style adopted from European copperplates.
